1. Mass legalized gay marriage.
2. Catholic church is opposed to gay mariage
3. How many gay marraiges have been forced on the Catholic Church in Mass? How many gay marriage ceremonies have been performed in Mass in Catholic Churches?
None that I have heard about but I also have never heard anyone claim that churches would be forced to do anything either..How many gay marriage ceremonies have been performed in Mass in Catholic Churches?
i think it's sick for the government to take sides with the church in a negative way that impacts people.
DO PEOPLE FORGET THE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!
THAT'S AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAW AND THE CHURCH IS ALSO ABUSING THE FIRST AMENDMENT!

First of all, I personally am not against gay marriage, and I am Catholic myself. But you really don't know what will be forced on churches if this becomes legal. I believe that Catholic Social Services had to shut down adoption services in Massachusetts for refusing to allow gays to adopt. In addition, I believe that FOCA, if passed, will require hospitals to perform abortions even if they are religious based and do not morally believe in the procedure. My point is, you never really know what will be imposed on the church if gay marriage becomes legal.
Zero and it will probably stay that way in the U.S. unless the Catholic Church changes its mind OR the U.S. government gets a 2/3 majority in congress and the senate to change the 1st Amendment regarding freedom of religion.
Catholic Churches will not marry them here.
I'm Catholic, but do not follow the belief that gay marriage is wrong, I'm all for it. I do not like a lot of what the Catholic Church does. They have made rules up as they have gone along, and not one of them was ever ';approved'; or requested by God.
The Catholic Church has always opposed gay marriage.
Baby steps...
Gays are trying to FIRST force non-secular institutions to perform marriages...churches will be next. I guarantee it.
