Gay marriage, as i know, have no negative affect on me, my family, or my society. Gays are, in fact, more humane that most people i know. Also, they're a lot nicer, cleaner, and more responsible. I work at a grocery store and when i have a normal customer walk by my register, somewhat rarely do i see a happy, straight customer. Whenever i have a gay person, they're always open to talk with me.
Marriage should never have to be between a man and a woman, it should be with 2 people who really do love each other.How does gay marriage negatively affect you?
It potentially has an adverse effect when considering fraud for monetary advantage. If I am paying taxes to support homosexual acts, then yes.......there is a very serious impact on my life. Pay for your same sex holding hands looky-loo party yourselves.

Simple answer is NO. However, it will affect the future of my descendants. The fall of any nation can be traced back to the collapse and corruption of that nations families. Take away the family, and you take away the nation.
Gay marriage, like divorce and everything else that is tearing at this country's people is another step in the wrong direction...down a slippery slope.
Given time, America will cease to exist (especially with the advent of gay marriage). It won't happen today but it will happen.

It doesn't. It actually would have a positive affect on me since I have a lot of gay friends and I would love to see them have the option to legally marry. My answers to questions 1 - 4 are all ';no';. I don't care what ';The Bible'; or any organized religion says. I'm only interested in equal legal rights.

It does not affect me negatively. What does affect me is seeing an entire segment of our population berated, disrespected and treated as second class citizens simply because they want to show their love for a special person in their life. The world needs more love. Let gays marry.

There is no 'gay marriage'. Marriage is defined as the union of a man and a woman. Redefining it does not make it so. But, if marriage was redefined, it would loose the honor that is attached to it. Honor has been bestowed on sex in marriage only and only between a man and a woman. In no other way, in other words outside of that marriage, is sex honored. And in the form of homosexuality, God has held it in the lowest position of being an abhorrent.
It depresses me to think that people want the government to put it's stamp of approval on a lie.
Saying that the government can legislate that a man can be the ';wife'; of another man or a woman can be the ';husband'; of another woman is like saying that the government can make it so that a black person can have a ceremony performed declaring that they are now a white person and everyone has to go along with it even though it's obviously not true.
No such thing exists, ever will exist, or ever can exist, since gay marriage is a basic contradiction in terms, and cannot logically occur.
