My boyfriend and his wife have been separated for quite a while and we are considering marriage. She has told him several times that the papers were in the mail, but we have yet to get any thing from her, and we would like to just take care of it, and move on with our lives. He can fill out his own paperwork that he can get free from the county courthouse. Filing is about $250 in my county in Ohio and the clerk will help him fill out the papers if needed.
